Before you enquire
How far in advance should we book?
Two to six weeks is comfortable for most events. We do take shorter-notice bookings when a crew is free, so it is always worth asking even for next week.
What details do you need for a quote?
Event date, venue, start and end times, event type, rough headcount, and what you need delivered (photo, video, photo booth, same-day edit). A run-sheet if you have one.
How do you confirm a booking?
We reply within one business day with a fixed quote and a hold on the date. A signed agreement and a deposit confirm the booking.
Can you hold a date while we decide?
Yes. We can hold a tentative date for a short window while you confirm internally. If another client requests the same date we will check with you first.
Do you invoice with GST?
Yes, where applicable. GST is shown on your quote and final invoice.
