What we photograph

We shoot corporate events end to end: the keynote and the panel, the handshake and the standing ovation, the coffee-break conversation and the group photo that ends up framed in the lobby. Our style is reportage — we stay out of the run-sheet and let the day happen — with a short list of set-piece shots (VIPs, sponsors, awards, signing ceremonies) planned in advance so nothing is missed.

Every brief is different, so coverage is built around your programme. A short seminar needs one photographer and a light touch. A regional conference across three ballrooms needs several photographers, a runner moving cards to an on-site editing station, and selects pushed out while the event is still trending internally.

A private online gallery of colour-graded, full-resolution JPEGs, matched to your brand's colour and tone. A same-day preview set of 20–40 images within hours of wrap for social and press. Full commercial usage rights. Everything is shot on dual-slot cameras and backed up on site, so a card failure never costs you the event.

Add videography

Many clients pair photography with corporate event videography — a highlight film, full-session recording, or a same-day edit — and an on-site photo booth. Briefed together, the film and the gallery tell one story.

How much does a corporate event photographer in Singapore cost?
Photography is S$295 per hour, or S$250 per hour for any booking of two hours or more. Videography is S$350 / S$300 per hour, and a combined photo-and-video crew is S$550 / S$495 per hour. All rates in Singapore dollars — see the pricing page.
How quickly do we receive the photos?
You receive a curated set of 20 to 40 edited images within hours of the event ending, ready for social media and press. The full colour-graded gallery is delivered within one week in a private online album. A 48-hour rush option is available.
Do you cover events outside Singapore?
Yes. We regularly travel for conferences and company events across the Asia Pacific region. Travel and accommodation are quoted separately at cost.
Who owns the images and can we use them for marketing?
You receive full commercial usage rights to use the images internally and in marketing. We retain copyright and the right to show selected images in our portfolio, and we always check first when an event is sensitive.
Can you photograph and film the same event?
Yes. A combined photo-and-video crew is S$550 per hour (S$495 for two hours or more). The teams are briefed together so the highlight film and the photo gallery tell the same story.
How many photographers will attend?
One photographer covers most corporate events. For large conferences, awards nights or multi-room programmes we add photographers so nothing is missed — tell us the scale and we will advise.
