UOB — Moments That Matter Service Convention
A full-day conference photography brief for UOB's Group Channels & Digitalisation Service Convention 2025 at Suntec Singapore — plenary keynotes, a service-champion awards segment, a leadership signing ceremony and roughly 900 guests.
The brief
Cover the full convention day for internal communications and the event recap: every keynote and panel on the main stage, the awards presentation, the signing ceremony, and the energy in the room — a hall of nearly a thousand service staff. Selects were needed the same day for the internal channel and leadership updates.
On the day
We worked the stage and the floor in parallel — clean speaker frames from the pit and wings against the "Moments That Matter" set, plus audience reactions, the confetti moment, and candids through the breaks. The awards and signing ceremony were shot as set pieces with a pre-agreed shot list so no recipient or signatory was missed.
